Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, the order may have already entered processing, limiting our ability to accommodate modifications. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. If a return is made without approval or outside the 15-day timeframe, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased at promotional pricing, during limited-time offers, or with discount codes are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Be sure to include your order number and shipping name in your return package to ensure smooth processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that were damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 10 business days. If approved, please allow up to 40 business days for the refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear after processing, contact your financial institution.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
